Eligibility & Evaluation Process for All Programs

Displaced Homemakers Trust Fund Grant is a State of Florida Grant with eligibility requirements set by State of Florida Statue. The client must meet the following requirements and have the proper documentation to validate their declaration of eligibility:

  1. must be at least 35 years of age
  2. must be unemployed or significantly under employed have cared for family members
  3. must be receiving government assistance for living or educational expenses or have lost income due to a divorce, death, disability or work loss of a spouse within the last seven years, and have a goal or employment and/or education

Single Parent Program is entirely funded through private and public donation and the eligibility requirements have been established by the President of Options! Program, Inc. in conjunction with the donors:

  1. must be at least 18 years of age
  2. must be able to demonstrate that they are the custodial parent
  3. must be unemployed or significantly under employed
  4. must be receiving government assistance for living or educational expenses or in the process of qualifying for government assistance
  5. must have applied for child support from child's other parent (does not matter if support is being received to be eligible) however, application for support has to be either done or in the process thereof

Pregnant Teen Program is entirely funded through private and public donations and the eligibility requirements have been established by the President of Options! Program, Inc. in conjunction with the donors:

  1. must be between the ages of 13-19
  2. must have a doctor's/clinic note stating that they are pregnant and their expected due date
  3. must be unemployed or significantly under employed
  4. must be receiving government assistance for living or educational expenses or in the process of qualifying for government assistance
  5. must be willing to apply for post delivery paternity testing and child support
